Before you write
For a faster answer, tell us which version of Awaira you are using, whether you are on Mac, Windows, or Linux, and what you expected to happen. If something is not working, include the steps that led to the problem and the exact wording of any error. A screenshot is helpful when it does not include personal or health information.
For billing, licence, download, or privacy questions, use the contact form and choose the closest topic. For an idea or an experience with the app, use feedback instead. Awaira is a wellness and awareness tool, not a medical service: we cannot provide individual medical advice. Our BFRB learning hub has general, source-linked information on hair pulling, skin picking, nail habits and related behaviors.
