These Terms govern your use of the Awaira application ("the App"), provided by [COMPANY / DEVELOPER NAME] ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded Macs you own or control, in accordance with these Terms. A Pro license is single-seat: it activates on one machine at a time.
Editions, subscriptions & payments
The App is distributed directly as a download (outside the Mac App Store). Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record.
- The Free edition includes a time-limited free trial of the full detection experience.
- Pro is unlocked with a license key delivered by email after purchase, available as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime plans.
- Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions; they renew at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. The lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from your purchase receipt.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies and any applicable consumer law.

Awaira is a wellness and awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition — including trichotillomania (hair pulling), dermatillomania (skin picking), onychophagia (nail biting), or other body-focused repetitive behaviors. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you are struggling, please consult a qualified professional. Detection is not perfect and may miss or misclassify movements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable laws.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that detection will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY / DEVELOPER NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
