Awaira ("the App", "we", "us", operated by [COMPANY / DEVELOPER NAME]) is built privacy-first. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information.

The short version

Awaira processes everything on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store your personal data on our servers. There is no account and no sign-up.

Camera

The App uses your Mac's camera to detect when your hand approaches your face. All video is processed live, on your device, using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are never recorded, uploaded, or sent anywhere — they exist only momentarily in memory for detection and are then discarded.

Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally on your Mac only (inside the App's sandbox container), never on our servers:

• Usage statistics — counts of detected touches and your daily/weekly progress.
• Your in-app preferences — selected behavior and reaction settings.
• Optional screenshots — off by default. If you turn them on, images are saved only on your Mac; you can view or delete them at any time.

Deleting the App removes this local data.

What we do NOT do

• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location.
• We do not share or sell any data — because we don't collect any.

Network use

The App is fully functional offline. It may occasionally request a small configuration file from our servers to manage app features (for example, the availability of subscription offers), and the Pro edition validates its license key online. These requests do not include any personal information and are not used to track you.

Subscriptions and payments

Pro licenses are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your full payment details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your purchase information is governed by their privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy

Children

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone (we do not collect personal information at all).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
